[name] Caitlin Gallagher
[birthday] May 12th, 1982
[ability] unspecial
[history] Ricky and Caitlin Gallagher were not raised in what you could call a sheltered environment. Some of Caitlin's first memories are of sitting on the bartop singing to random patrons. From an early age she saw her brother getting into crazy fights. And she saw her parents getting into crazy arguments. Caitlin was no stranger to violence, although she never actually got involved in it herself. She was aware enough to know that it wasn't going to help anyone or anything. It was just better if she stayed as far away as she could... which wasn't always easy.
As she got older, things only got worse. When Caitlin was 16 her parents got into a life changing fight. Things escalated and when her father came at her mother, the woman shot him. Terrified of her future, she ODed on every drug in the house. Luckily it was Ricky who found them, not Caitlin who had been staying over at a friend's when the argument began. She spent as much time sleeping elsewhere as she did in her own bed. But now that was all about to change.
Ricky, being 5 years older than his baby sister petitioned the court for custody of her for the next year until she was a legal adult. After some battling, they won. The only thing that really changed after their parents died was the income and the noise and stress level of the house. Caitlin started working at the Wandering Rocks more often. And when she graduated, she took it up as a full time job. After a few years Ricky moved out and let Caitlin keep the home on the beach where they grew up.
Everything was fairly normal for a while. Caitlin did most of the stuff for the pub. Ricky did his own kind of money making with his gang, who were all like brothers to Caitlin. And life was settled into a nice steady pace. Until the shipment of IPods went missing. And then Caitlin met Peter Petrelli and nothing was ever normal again. The revelation of Peter's abilities and the subsequent death of Ricky forced Caitlin to make the decision to follow Peter on his quest to find out who he was. And this was the decision that sent her to the future and trapped her there in a world with a virus and no way to return.

[name] Charlene "Charlie" Virginia Andrews
[birthday] April 24, 1983
[ability] Eidetic Memory
[history] Charlene Andrews was born in Midland, Texas, and while big dreams sent her imagination and desires quite a lot further out, she never actually got there. When she was very young, a small infant, Charlie's parents died. She had very few memories of them until her ability started working, but she's always known they were both very loving. They died in a car crash. And as far as Charlie has been told, they both worked in the medical field. Sadly, neither one of them was around to check her head when she started acting a little bit weird. She was raised by her Aunt Erika, who got married and left when Charlie was old enough to be on her own.
Charlie had always planned on going on a world tour after she graduated and had some money saved up. By the time she graduated she had a couple thousand in the bank (and the account she shared with her ex, Lloyd) and was studying hard to learn different languages. She worked at the Diner where her Aunt worked since she was 15 and continued to work there through the beginning of her twenties. It was her 23rd birthday when Hiro showed up at the Diner. Charlie immediately liked him and the two became thick as thieves. She had recently begun understanding and remembering things way easily and Hiro's Japanese book was fantastic!
She and Hiro got closer and closer as the months went on. She had agreed to go with him to Tokyo at the end of July when he'd bought the tickets. By the beginning of September her passport had arrived. Then Hiro had made a check list for Charlie to get ready to go. She was searching for some luggage when a spider jumped down on her arm. Charlie panicked (having just read an article on the deadly brown recluse spider) and made Hiro go with her to the hospital. The next day (when returning for her test results) she decided to get a full physical done. That was the dreaded day that she found the blood clot in her brain. No one knows where it came from or why, but Charlie started to pull away from Hiro more and more.
Until Hiro finally told Charlie how she was going to die and exactly when. Charlie changed her mind about spending her last moments of life with her "family" in Midland and went with Hiro to Japan. She was perfectly happy to be in love and live her life to the fullest with Hiro. And then past-Hiro and Ando showed up at the same bar where they were. Charlie overheard Hiro talking about his mission to save NY and decided that she was interrupting that mission. She found gi, and in the process decided it was better to die and keep Hiro on his mission than distract him from it. His destiny was to save the world, hers was to die.

[name] Daphne Joy Millbrook
[birthday] June 6th, 1979
[ability] Super Speed
[history] Born and raised in Lawrence Kansas, Daphne was never the kind of girl to give in to her illness. Her mother was always a strong woman and taught Daphne to have hope no matter what the circumstances. Daphne's cerebral palsy developed when she was three, too young to really remember being without it. Obviously there were times when Daphne wanted to give up. It's hard to live with cerebral palsy. She felt ostracized, even though she had a good circle of friends. It wasn't until her mother was diagnosed with cancer that Daphne started closing herself off. Without her mother's positive outlook on life, Daphne's jaded side took precedence. She started acting out, she closed herself of and started losing friends. And her normally great relationship with her parents took a turn for the absolute worst.
Once Daphne's mother passed, the friendly loving girl disappeared. She fought with her father, claiming she wished he'd died instead. And just when Daphne was about to give up on life, her mother's spirit came to her. She told Daphne not to let life walk all over her, but to walk all over it. This was the day of the eclipse in Oct 2006, and Daphne found she could stand, walk, run, and eventually run really fast. The Company came for her, and rather than let herself be "experimented on" she got into a fight with her dad and decided all on her own that she wasn't going to go. So, sick of life, Daphne left the States. She traveled for a while, seeing hte world. Then she went to Paris, somewhere she felt she could take back from life. She started stealing to survive and stealing just for fun. She wanted to get even with the world. Her morals had become a bit skewed. Daphne's new outlook on life kept her going and kept her happy for a while, but it was bound not to last.
Matt Parkman changed all that. He cared for her. But she had herself convinced he would change his mind if he ever found out about her disability. It wasn't until Matt saw her as she was that Daphne started opening up to him. He didn't care that she had cerebral palsy, he didn't care if it came back, he loved her. That set things in perspective for Daphne. That was all it took to rearrange her morals once more. She set things right with her father, she set things right with Hiro and Ando, and made up for some of the things she'd done in the past few years.
Life calmed down soon after. She and Matt fell into a sort of normality for a few months. They both had regular jobs and Matt pushed her to not use her ability. Which was all fine and good until the government started tracking them down like animals. When Matt disappeared, Daphne found Ando and the two of them went searching for Matt and Hiro. When she finally found them, though, Matt's premonition came true. Daphne was shot. She was taken to Building 26, assumed dead for two days before someone heard her cries of pain. She was given medical attention and kept sedated before being locked up.

[name] Angela Petrelli
[birthday] January 1st, 1944
[ability] Post-Cognitive & Pre-Cognitive Dreaming
[history] Born Angela Shaw, a few years later "Banana" was blessed with a little sister. Angela was always really close with Alice. Angela saw it as her role to protect her baby sister and she did that to the very best of her ability. Especially when they were taken to a camp in Coyote Sands. Angela did her best, with the help of a couple other children (Charles Devreaux, Daniel Linderman, and Bobby Bishop). The night that they disappeared, though, was the night when everything went wrong. Their families all died that night and the teenagers decided they would stop the government from getting a hold of any more special people... by any means necessary.
Over the years, the group drifted apart. It wasn't until Angela's new husband, Arthur Petrelli, mentioned Daniel Linderman to her that Angela decided it was time to hold to their promises. After orchestrating a meeting between Arthur and Daniel, Charles and Bobby were tracked down. The the five found seven more with similar ideas and set to work making good on their vendetta. And in 1977 The Company actually became a reality.
Their first project was creating The Formula that would create abilities. The second was to lock Adam Monroe up so he wouldn't destroy the world. However, Angela had her hands full with Nathan and that year Angela became pregnant with their second child, Peter, born 10 years after Nathan. Feeling powerless in the world, Arthur offered himself as the first test subject for The Formula.
Things seemed to running rather smoothly for the next twenty or more years. There was drama among the ranks, of course, but nothing more than personal matters. (Such as Angela's brief affair with Kaito Nakamura. And the losses by death and desertion of some of the founding members.) But nothing major happened until years of premonitions over various mediums finally boiled down to the biggest event they had ever foreseen. New York would be blown-up. Angela and Arthur wanted her dream of Nathan as President to come true, but Nathan was dead set against putting Linderman in prison. So instead Arthur tells Linderman to kill Nathan. Linderman regrets the decision and heals Angela's memory of the things Arthur had taken from her. She poisons him for this and forms a tighter bond with Linderman as well as losing her grip on her own sanity for a bit (resulting in, of all things, theft of socks).
The appearance of her granddaughter's ability, Nathan's candidacy for senator, and Peter's sudden realization of his ability turn Angela from a woman on the sidelines to the woman in charge. Instead of watching and offering maternal instinct when prompted, Angela takes a forefront in the explosion of NY. She attempts to get Claire to Paris as well as convince Nathan that this tragedy will make him President. Of course neither attempt works and Angela is left to regroup after the loss of Linderman.
Telling Heidi that Nathan's dreams of grandeur are a dark secret of a genetic mental illness in their family, Angela continues to play her part as mother. However a threat is placed on her life and when Kaito is killed, she confesses to a murder she did not commit to escape Maury. All this leads to nothing until Sylar kills Bob, leaving Angela the sole surviving founder and new head of The Company. Her meddling is put to better use as she begins to manipulate more and more. She uses Sylar to track down the escapees from Level 5, claiming she is his mother. And until Arthur puts her in a coma, she is doing pretty well running things. She begs him to remember when they were young and in love and is freed... Only to be trapped by Sylar, nearly murdered, and to watch the foundation of Primatech burnt to a crisp.
Ever the energizer bunny, Angela continues her work as the head of The Company in a facility in New Jersey. Her family is a whole different affair, however. She secretly contacted Noah to work under Nathan in an attempt to stop the government from capturing people with abilities. Of course Danko threw a wrench in the cogs of her well oiled plan. Instead, Angela followed her dreams to Coyote Sands. She found Alice alive and well, but pissed off as all hell. After Alice disappeared, the group returned to DC in an attempt to stop Sylar from becoming president. The unexpected side-effect of this? Nathan's death, and Sylar's subsequent (unwilling/unknowing) assimilation into Nathan. Angela could never bear to lose her son completely.

[name] Niki Sanders (Jessica/Gina)
[birthday] August 24th, 1974
[ability] Superior Strength (Dissociative Identity Disorder)
[history] Niki, Barbara, and Tracy were born to unknown parents in Beverly Hills. The triplets were injected with the formula to produce synthetic abilities and given to separate adoptive parents. Niki was given to Kelly Sullivan and Hal Sanders, who had no idea that the daughter they had just given birth to had died. Niki was raised as if she were their flesh and blood because they had no idea she wasn't, and neither did she. Her adoptive sister, Jessica was born just two years later. And after that It wasn't long before their mother left.
And really, that's all Niki remembers. She left. She left two little girls in the custody of their alcoholic and abusive father. So abusive, in fact, that he threw beer bottles at Jessica. That he actually choked her to death. And then the court system failed the girls, leaving Niki with the very man who brutally assaulted and killed her twin. Niki has very few memories before the time of Jessica's death. And her memory until age 16 when she finally ran away was spotty as well. It was just after Jessica's death, from the trauma of the event and the abuse that followed, that Niki's multiple-personality disorder began to surface. As well as her ability, super strength, but only when Niki's Jessica-personality was taking abuse from Hal.
For years Niki's alter-ego stayed hidden. She met and married D.L. in 1996, a few months after their son Micah was born. Their first few years were a bit rocky. Niki worked at the Corinthian Casino and this opened the door for D.L. and his gang to get involved with Mr. Linderman's illegal schemes. He worked part-time construction and part-time as a thug for Mr. Linderman. Later he and his crew set up a job to rob the Linderman Corp of $2 mil. D.L. backed out, but this opened up a whole new arena for Jessica. This was the beginning of Jessica's rise for control. She killed the thugs, buried them in the desert, and kept the money for herself, Niki and Micah. Later, when Linderman wanted his money back, Jessica killed his thugs and directed Niki to bury them in the desert with the others. This was the beginning of Niki and Jessica working together.
Over the next few months Niki and Jessica worked together to protect their son from D.L., who was trying to take him away from Jessica, and the Linderman Corp. Even after Niki turned herself in to prison to get psychiatric help, Jessica fought to remain in control and break them free. Linderman finally freed them and got a hold of Micah. Jessica and Niki worked together once again to save their son, as well as D.L. It isn't until Candice taunted Niki with visions of Jessica that Niki finally is able to break the hold that her alter-ego held over her ability and is able to use them as Niki. She knocked Candice unconscious, then joined the battle outside the building by beating Sylar in the head with a parking meter.
After a few months of keeping Jessica merged with herself, Niki had another personality resurface. Gina was a party girl, and still is, when she slips out. But when Niki disappeared and had to be dragged home by D.L. only to have him shot because of Gina, she decided it was time to do something about it. And so, leaving Micah with D.L.'s cousins and great-grandmother, Niki joined the Company. They said they could help her. And they did, for a while. They subdued her multiple personalities. But there's always something dangerous happening at the Company, and to stop herself from hurting Nathan, Niki injected herself with the Shanti virus. That wouldn't have been bad except that with her powers gone, she was unable to save herself from the burning building Monica had gotten stuck in.

[name] Magdalene DeFoe
[birthday] 40 years old
[genetics] Genetically enhanced eyes
[history] The world was only starting its downfall when Mag was born. She was born to a middle-class family in a middle-class neighborhood. But by the time Mag was in her teenage years, the world was a mess. The middle class had become the lower-class, the lower class was now worse than the third world countries, and the third world countries had been completely wiped out. All thanks to whatever disease had taken the globe and started ruining people's organs. No one really knew what to do. Families held tighter to each other. Those that needed help risked everything to get medical attention for their own.
Mag was lucky enough to belong to a family of doctors, to not have anyone close to her affected by the organ failures. She was healthy, her parents, her best friend Marni. Everything was well. She was a good student, she was a kind person. And she had the most amazing singing voice. She focused her studies on teaching instead, though. In a world going so downhill there was very little room for something as frivolous as music. If she could teach at least that would be something productive. She and Marni had no problem getting into college, rooming together, and things seemed to be pretty good. As good as they could with the world like it was.
Until Mag fell victim to the disease. They were nearly finished with college. And then one day Mag's eyes started bleeding. And then suddenly she couldn't see at all. Her parents did their best to take care of it. They stopped the bleeding, but they could do nothing to fix her eye-sight. It wasn't until Marni started seeing Rotti Largo that a solution surfaced. His doctors were working on a new kind of eyes, eyes that could record.
Young and unsure, Mag and Marni never read the fine print on her contract. They agreed to the operation and the singing contract for Mag. She got to do what she loved and to see. It sounded like the best plan. Until Marni fell for Nathan and left Rotti. Rotti started to expand his hold on Mag. And by the time Marni grew sick and died, Mag was under nearly permanent and constant control by GeneCo.
Mag's plans to leave came only when Rotti's children had pushed her too far. She felt so overwhelmed by their reign of terror. It started to reveal to Mag just what she had signed up for. And finally she found the final push to leave. What she didn't expect, however, was that her final exit from GeneCo would be her exit from life period. Ripping out her eyes, letting the world know that she couldn't condone what GeneCo was doing, was all in her plan. She knew there would be repercussions. She didn't exactly plan to die, however.
Nor did she plan for GeneCo to bring her back. The outrage at Mag's death gave GeneCo such a bad rap that it was impractical for them. When the machine was done, when it was tested and proven to work with little to no side-effects, Mag was their initial big reveal. The world could rejoice. Their love, their poster girl, their angel of music was back. And now it's up to Mag to find a way out of another contract... perhaps with her life in tact.
Future Plans: Probably a lot of animosity with Amber Sweet, issues with the musical side of things. Possibly another contract with her being alive again. Issues between her and Nathan over lying about Shilo, and also starting a relationship with Shilo.

[name] Alice Abernathy/Parks; Janus Prospero
[birthday] August 24th, 1974
[affiliation] herself
[history] No records now remain of Alice's early life. Anything that might have indicated that she was once a child, once a teenager, even that she had any sort of personal connections to the world. All of it has been destroyed either by herself or by the Umbrella corporation. But one thing is eternally ingrained in Alice's memory, her parents were honest hard-working people who were hurt by the system that was set in place to protect them. That one vague memory set into motion everything that Alice would become.
Taking up a job with the Umbrella corporation and working her way up the ladder wasn't hard at all. Anyone with dedication and intelligence could easily find themselves among the trusted ranks. She was given the name Alice Abernathy, later to be Parks when she entered into a faux marriage with Spence, and put-up as a front to the entrance of The Hive. That was where it all began. The strong streak of justice that resided in her overcame what she had worked for. When the opportunity arose to bring down the corruption that signed her paychecks, Alice jumped on it.
It was not her betrayal that released the virus, however. It was the husband who she had come to have feelings for. But she didn't approve of his methods. How could she? He had single handedly doomed the earth, and she was not okay with that. His death couldn't have been sweeter. But it was only one victory in a whole mess of failures in the following days. Once Racoon city was taken, Alice merely did all she could to survive. She aligned herself with the people she thought could help her and along the way found a sort of family. Angela and Carlos became like family to her.
Her death and subsequent rebirth were followed by a new resolve. Alice's initial intentions had returned. She was going to take down the Umbrella Corporation. She made sure that her surrogate family was taken care of and taking care of each other, and went out on her own. They were safer without her, anyway, as Umbrella had eyes on her at all times. As the world went further and further into hell and sand, Alice got closer and closer to taking out Umbrella. First she started on the American branch, and then when she found her clones, her mission grew again. There were more branches to take out, and Alice was on her way.

[name] Alexia Hilda Ashford
[birthday] Nov 2nd, 1981
[affiliation] Umbrella Corp
[history] Alexia is one of a set of twins which were born of an attempt to clone the matriarch of the Ashford line, Veronica, in a project dubbed Code: Veronica. From and early age Alexia showed signs of higher intelligence, and her twin, Alfred, showed only signs of dependance on his sister. Alexia used this as an excuse to control and manipulate her brother. But this didn't mean that she thought any less of him. Alexia was equally as dependant on Alfred, but in a completely different way. Alfred's version of dependance would make him mentally ill, while Alexia's only awakened the evil within when he was killed. But the two grew up very close, despite the fact that Alexia shot through school, completing University when she was just ten years old and went right into research for the Umbrella Corporation, which was co-founded by her grandfather Edward Ashford.
At age twelve, Alexia and Alfred realized the secret of their "birth". And their anger at their "father" Alexander, led Alfred to suggest that Alexia use him as a guinea pig for her T-Veronica experiment. The experiment failed, leaving Alexander a mindless monster, later code named Nosferatu. Thus, Alexia decided to inject herself with T-Veronica and put herself into a fifteen year cryogenic sleep to allow the virus to develop within her. During this time, Alfred moved up in the military ranks of the Umbrella Corporation, and by the time Alexia awoke, had made himself something of a dictator on the island. He'd also made himself something of a crazy man, developing multiple personality disorder in order to make up for Alexia's absense.
During the struggle between Alfred's forces and Weskers, while Alfred was attempting to shoot Claire, he was shot by Steve and consequently fell into a large gap. He died shortly after, but not before awaking his sister. Who will, certainly, be outraged when she wakes up to find her brother dead. Revenge will be the top of Alexia's list... just above insanity.

[name] Sheryl Marietta Birkin
[birthday] July 30th, 1986
[affiliation] Claire Redfield
[history] Sherry spent her whole childhood living in Umbrella's Reasearch Facilities. First it was the Arklay Laboratory, and then her parents were transferred to The Hive when she was nine. She was raised by a handful of different nannies, none of whom stuck, most of whom she can't even remember the names of. It was a rare occasion indeed when Sherry Birkin had a few moments with her parents. Thus, they were, in her mind, never a driving force of her life. They set up nannies, they set up her schooling and personal tutors, they bought her things to keep her quiet. Really, they weren't great parents. But Sherry never suffered. Despite not having a solid nanny for her whole life, every woman who took care of her was a kind, intelligent, good person. Her parents made sure of that. (Looking back on it now, Sherry assumes that none of them worked directly for Umbrella, otherwise they wouldn't have been those kinds of people.)
Sherry was just twelve when her parents made the one decision that would ruin her life. Her father refused to give up the virus he was working on. Thus The Hive was infected. Her mother sent her to the Raccoon City Police Department just as the infection spread into the city. It was both the worst and the best thing her parents had ever done for her. It was there that she met her mentor, friend, surrogate-mother, and the only person she would ever really consider a guardian, Claire Redfield. She was only with Claire a short time, but the woman taught her more in that time than her parents had taught her in a lifetime. And after being traumatized by being attacked by her mutant father and seeing her mother supposedly die (she's certain neither one is really dead) it was Claire who was there to comfort her.
After escaping Racoon City, Sherry was placed under governmental guardianship. She knew, without a doubt, that the Umbrella Corp was still watching her. And despite her arguments with those in charge of her (she was, afterall, hitting her teenage years at this point) no one would believe her. Which led Sherry to believe (rightfully so) that some of them were spies for the Umbrella Corp. Having gained infinate knowledge about technology, security, and other useful little bits from growing up in top secret facilities, it wasn't very hard for Sherry to escape the government. They aren't as smart as they claim to be, obviously. She was about sixteen when she finally headed off on her own. At this point she was in the northern part of Maine. For the next three years, the Umbrella Corp, as well as the government, tried their damnedest to get her back. But everytime she was captured, she escaped shortly after. It didn't take long to figure out that the jeweled locket around her neck contained secrets that they wanted.
About a year ago Sherry started her trek across the United States on a search for Claire. If anyone could keep her safe, it was Claire. So, starting in Florida (where she'd been captured the last time) Sherry made her way across the United States, stopping at every known (and unknown) Umbrella Corp facility and making her way west. Two of the best pieces of advice Sherry has picked up on her travels from other survivors are "Find someone who loves you and hold them close" and "The safest place to hide from people is in plain sight, the safest place to hide from zombies is up high." Both things which she takes severly to heart.

[name] Dahlia "K-Mart" Mason
[birthday] March 1st, 1986
[affiliation] Claire Redfield
[history] Dahlia Mason was born in Kansas. She had a pretty normal childhood. She was never top of her class or the best at sports, but she had a solid group of friends and a supportive family. Of course she fought with her older brother Jaykob as often as she got along with him. And he beat up all the boys who were mean to her and the boys who hit on her. And most of Dahlia's childhood existence was of completely no consequence. She didn't do anything amazing, she never had anything fantastic happen, she never experienced any great tragedy.
Until the outbreak. For the first year or so of the outbreak it was nothing more than a couple of news reports on TV. Her brother joked about it. Her friends joked about it. Her parents set up some kind of escape shelter, but no more than they would for a tornado. It was all so distant and disconnected from the world Dahlia knew. The big cities were falling, but they were safe out in the country, in the little town where they lived. Or so they thought.
Dahlia was 15 when the outbreak came to her small town. They had enough forewarning to get most of the town holed up in the local K-Mart. It took many weeks to get the place completely secured, and by then there were only a dozen people left. One by one the remaining group diminished.
When Claire Redfield's convoy finally heard their distress calls, there were only three people left. Dahlia, a man named Dean and his toddler Julia. In the attempt to save the three remaining people, Dean and baby Jules were killed. When Dahlia was finally safe, she told them to call her K-Mart. Everyone Dahlia knew was dead, Dahlia didn't exist anymore.

[name] Lisa Ann Garland
[birthday] Dec 26th, 1956
[affiliation] Alessa's Darkness
[history] Lisa Garland was born to a set of Real Estate Agents. The whole family was a cheerful lot. Lisa was an only child and very spoiled for her whole life. She breezed through things. School was no problem. Social situations were pleasant for her. And it seemed that everything in the world was going well for Lisa. She was pretty, but not overtly. She was intelligent. And she was popular. So as soon as she graduated, Lisa went right into medical school. Her first internship was at Alchemilla Hospital. There she met Dr. Michael Kaufmann. Naive and inexperienced, Dr. Kaufmann took advantage of Lisa in any way he could. The very least of which included getting her hooked on White Claudia, the drug that most of the hospital staff was addicted to. This drug, which only he had access to, allowed Dr. Kaufmann to pretty much control the hospital, including Lisa. She would do anything to keep him from cutting off her supply. So he ordered her to take care of Alessa Gillespie, changing her bandages (which was particularly disgusting considering she had severe burns and was constantly pussing and losing flesh). But Lisa did it, and felt heavy pity for the girl, doing it gently, even though it was repulsive. It was when Alessa's Darkness came that things changed. One day, while Alessa was conversing with her Darkness, Lisa got curious and peered in. Suddenly it felt like her head exploded, her vision whited out. Lisa passed out, and when she awoke, everything was different. For a long time she had no idea what was going on. She did as she was bid because of her pity and now affection for the girl. On orders, Lisa took the infant who would be named Sharon to the outskirts of the city. And then she stayed, keeping Alessa company and taking care of the girl for seven more years. And it was only then, upon running into Harry, that Lisa learned that something was wrong and started understanding what was going on. It wasn't until Rose found her way to Alessa's room in the hospital that Lisa finally understood what had happened. But by then Lisa was so devoted to Alessa's Darkness that she wouldn't dare try to leave. So she stayed. She stayed until Alessa found her revenge, and then it was Lisa who took the infant who would be named Heather to the outskirts of the city the same as she had done for Sharon. And now that Alessa has Dahlia to take care of her, and Alessa's Darkness has gone into Sharon, Lisa feels useless. She wanders the Otherworld, much like Dahlia had, alone and untouched by the Darkness there. And she is searching for one thing, her beloved Alessa. The child she believes was given to her care for a reason. She is certain it's her fate to eternally take care of the girl and since she's been missing (near 20 years now) Lisa has been searching for her. But because Rose and Sharon are caught in the Foggy World and Lisa is caught in the Otherworld, she has no chance of finding Alessa's Darkness on her own.

[name] Jessica Eden Compton
[birthday] February 28, 2025
[powers] Shimmering. Pyrokinesis. Retractable Fangs. Enhanced Senses. Self-Healing. Potent Blood.
[history] Nothing about Jessica has ever been normal. Most of the time Parker isn't even sure Jessica is fully hers, although she would never say that. Jessica was conceived when the essences of the Gods and Goddesses descended on the Charmed progeny. Because of her alternate life, Parker was given some twisted form of Persephone, the tragic demigod who was bound to death. A love that Parker had completely forgotten, along with everything else, had drawn her into the underworld. And from that love was conceived a child with flaming red hair like the Goddess Persephone herself. The pregnancy itself was about half the speed of normal pregnancies. It was particularly hard on Parker, forcing her indoors some days to escape the sun, making her desire nothing but raw meat. Any time she tried to eat anything healthy or overcooked, the baby turned it into raw meat. Phoebe was worried over her daughter and granddaughter, seeing similarities in Jessica and Alexander. But Parker refused to let anything be done that could potentially harm her daughter.
Jessica was born at the Manor. They couldn't exactly take Parker to a normal doctor with a vampire child. It was midnight on February 28th, the moment before March. Had it been a leap year, she would have been a leap baby. Everyone was frantic, unsure if the child would drink blood or if she could even consume food. But Parker put Jessica to the breast and the baby was as normal as any other. She remained so for many years. She burnt easily, she preferred being up at night, and when she ate meat she liked it red... but for all intents and purposes, Jessica was a normal child for the first dozen years of her life. She lived with her mother in a loft apartment below her grandmother's. She played with her cousin (sister?) Angelica and their older cousin Molly. No one suspected anything in the real world (where Parker preferred her daughter as opposed to Magic School). Her magic didn't even surface right away and Parker worried it may never.
But then, on a routine trip to the dentist, something new came up. Jessica's molars were coming in... but so were her fangs. Well, it didn't take much to shut the dentist up, just a quick spell. But from then on things were very different. Whenever Jessica was upset or excited, her fangs popped out. Her senses started getting stronger, she could hear what Phoebe said upstairs when no one else could. And Jessica's first witch power emerged, pyrokenesis in the form of fireballs. And then she picked up her grandfather's power of shimmering. And by the time Jessica was sixteen she was a very powerful combination of witch, demon and vampire. It didn't sit well with Bill, but Parker couldn't be happier.
Jessica was always a well-adjusted child. Growing up in the mortal world had done her a lot of good. She was kind, she was generous, she was sheltered sure, but she was sweet. But when her powers started emerging something changed. Parker wrote it off as nothing more than a teenage girl's hormones. She acted out, but so hadn't they all! It wasn't like she could get hurt. And she was smart enough not to hurt anyone, even if she had started drinking blood. So she was staying out late, so her choice of friends was a little different. Parker didn't mind and continually told Bill to leave it alone.
By the time Jessica was twenty one it was obvious that she was not aging anymore. Parker chalked it up to the fact that Jessica was drinking more and more blood as the time went by. And the more blood she consumed, the less actual food she could eat. Sometimes she would vomit if she tried to eat too soon after drinking blood. It was about this time that, despite her dad's warnings, she started dating. Sure, it was a long time coming, but she was pretty sheltered. And the more vampire she became, the more he sheltered her.

[name] Gabrielle de Lioncourt
[birthday] Born in 1741. Reborn in 1780.
[affiliation] Vampire.
[history] Born to a rich Italian family, Gabrielle was a repressed woman in her mortal life. She spent most of her young life spitting out kids for her French husband the Marquis d'Auvergne. She ignored her elder children and her husband when she could, spending her time reading. The only joy she had in her family was her youngest son, Lestat. He was like another part of her. Gabrielle would have given anything for her son. And she did, sometimes, giving up the few jewels she had left from her Italian family to support Lestat no matter what he wanted to do.
It wasn't until Gabrielle was old and ill with TB that things changed. Visiting her son on what she imagined would be her last few days on earth, Gabrielle noted that something was quite different with him. And as she was taking her last breath, Lestat brought his mother with him over into a new life. And not long after, Nicolas is also turned by her son. Sharing the mind gift that neither of them can have with Lestat, Gabrielle cares for Nicki in his unstable condition. And when he is well, Gabrielle and Lestat decide to go on a search for their origins.
After the loss of Nicki, Gabrielle becomes more and more distant with Lestat. And eventually, less than ten years after her new life, Gabrielle parts from her son in Egypt. The French Revolution has removed all traces of their mortal family. And Gabrielle feels that she is better suited to life in the jungles of Africa.
It is 200 years before she emerges from the forests. She comes with the rest of the surviving vampires to face Akasha. And then again when her son fell comatose after his meeting with the devil. Since then Gabrielle has drifted in and out of society. She has kept herself mostly to the wilds of South America in an attempt to remain closer to her son. No matter how wild she feels, Gabrielle will always feel a responsibility to her Lestat.

[name] Pandora (Lydia) de Romanus
[birthday] Born a few years before Christ. Sired in her mid-30s.
[affiliation] Vampire.
[history] Pandora was born just before Christ in the Roman Republic and given the name Lydia. She had a rather large and prestigious family. Her father was in the senate. Lydia was denied nothing and grew up learning all she possibly could, on top of being well dressed and waited on. She was spoiled, but she didn't act it. The only thing that ever ruffled her was the one thing in the world she was denied as a young child. She wanted to marry Marius de Romanus, and he wanted her in return. Her father, however, looked down on him and wouldn't allow the union.
Not long after that, the government is overthrown, thanks in part to her traitorous brother. Her whole family, with the exception of the two of them, is killed. A friend of Lydia's father manages to sneak her away to Antioch with enough wealth that she can live comfortably. Spurned on by dreams of blood lust, she spends a bit of time in the Temple of Isis there. It is through this place that she once again finds Marius. Through a chain of events that seem rather circumstantial, Pandora becomes a pawn in the plot of Akabar to gain access to Akasha and Enkil. The end result is the fulfillment of her wishes. Pandora is turned into a vampire and begins life anew with Marius. It's picture perfect for a couple hundred years.
Eventually, though, the endless arguments get worse and worse. And then Marius disappears. Pandora waited for him for six months before going off on her own. The next thousand years are pretty insubstantial. Pandora goes through a small number of fledglings. The next time she sees Marius is in the 1700s when he begs her to return, but she is afraid to leave her current companion, Arjun. And then there is very little more until Akasha awakens and goes on her killing spree. Pandora, with the help of Azim and Santino, frees Marius from the ice and follows them to Maharet's home. She is very apathetic about the whole thing, and is the only vampire not plagued by the dreams about Maharet and Mekare.
Later, when the vampires rejoice on the island, Pandora remains withdrawn. Marius showers her with gifts and tries his best to win her favor again. Pandora, however, is reluctant. She tires of his attempts after a short time and leaves the island alone. She doesn't encounter (or create) another immortal until Lestat's incident with the Devil. And even then she is barely a presence in the shadows. She speaks very little and the most interaction she has is taking care of Benji and Sybelle. She writes her story for David not long afterward, but only after telling him that she would not.

[name] Jessica Miriam Reeves
[birthday] natural 1950 / sired 1998
[affiliation] Vampire. Ex-Talamasca.
[history] When Jesse's mother was seven months pregnant, her parents got into a fatal car accident. Miraculously, Jesse had somehow survived after her mother's body had prematurely ejected the child and she rolled away from the accident. It wasn't long before Maharet came to the infant's aid, setting her up to be raised by distant relatives and providing anything Jesse could possibly want. She met relatives from around the world, even spending a small amount of time in Sonoma, though these trips were oddly forgotten for decades afterward. Maharet even provided the means for Jesse to study at Columbia. And during her third year she visited the Villa (and remembered so afterward) to study the family records.
This, as well as her uncanny ability to see into the spirit world, made her a prime candidate for the Talamasca. After a few years she is sent to New Orleans to investigate a house believed to be haunted. She finds proof that vampires lived there and concurrently finds Claudia's diary and sees her ghost multiple times. This begins Jesse's search for vampires. She gets so obsessed that she is removed from the case and later decides that the Talamasca is not a good fit for her. Her curiosity is stronger than their rules allow.
Reading through the Vampire Chronicles, Jesse starts to believe her family is somehow connected. She travels to Lestat's concert in San Francisco. In desperation, during the heat of the moment and the frenzied environment, Jesse manages to get on the stage and literally throw herself at Lestat, desperate for answers. She is thrown aside and later attacked because of her former role in the Talamasca. Mael had been there to keep an eye on her, rushed her to the Sonoma villa. He gives her some of his blood, just enough to keep her alive, but Jesse begs to be made immortal. It seems like the only option. And just as Mael gives in, Maharet appears and does the job for him.
During Akasha's massacre, Jesse remains just another vampire in the background. And after Akasha's death, Jesse joins the others in Florida at the Villa. However she doesn't stay long. Jesse returns to tend to the villa in the Sonoma Mountains, California. She keeps an eye on the branches of the Great Family Tree for Maharet, deciding that as the newest (and most curious) vampire member of the Great Family, it is her responsibility now. Jesse took Mael with her as often as she could when she traveled. She felt safe with him. Ridiculous that someone as powerful as Jesse would need to feel safe, but it was nice, even with all her preternatural strength. As all other vampires of the inner circle, Jesse came to Lestat when he needed them. She was there more out of anger than anything. It was Lestat's spiritual journey that had pushed Mael to suicide. And when all was said and done, Jesse returned to the villa in California and her duties as protector of the Great Family. And eventually Mael returned to her.
